Ouches, moan and groan, let it out, don't keep it bottled up.
I had a pretty good day yest. painwise. Til the afternoon then started getting back spasms/lower left. Fun while helping customers. It got better during the evening. But very tired. Had a good sleep. My day off today. May do some computer work, like backups. Need to get some cd-rws for the backups. Thinking about an external backup. Better give Jerry his meds, hes not doing very well.

T storms all day here.
Back has been pretty good actually. Gotten down to just one lortab a day and no mobic. Been using ice for the most part. because i had the heart holter monitor on all day yesterday and this morning. No water! so no bath. I did miss it terribly last night and then to not even be able to shower this am.
Spams suck! lol. I hate when i can't get them to stop.
Hope you not getting too ripe there with no bath. Sometime i can go 2 days without a shower when i don't work. I really don't sweat much at all. Even with 90 degree weather. Do you turn in the monitor after today??
