Morning all, light rain here at the moment, more later. only 84 today but very humid.
Tried everything to stay awake last evening at least til normal bed time. Watched a short dragracing documentary on my PC. Almost fell asleep in the chair a few times. So slept pretty good but waking 2 hours early. The bones are aching more today and have a HA. Of course the daily sinus trouble. Back to work for 2 days then the weekend off. yeah for Deach.

The other girl is my niece. Zoe. What can I say we are cloning! lol.
back is pretty good today but i did have to take a second soma last night at about two am. have gotten down to one
Yes turnd in the the monitor yesterday morning. Still scrubbing the marks off! lol. That is some sticky stuff!!
I did take my bath last night. Had to take a second one as i forgot the epsom salts the first time and didn't realize it until i got out and was still pretty stiff! LOL. Well we just can't remember it all can we,.

Evening Erin, guess your walking around with glue marks all over. They had a hard time just putting them on me for an EKG. I'm just so hairy. Weather related aches tonight, Mr. Arthuritis. Have a good night, ~Deach~

im having another poor pain day and its due to my pain doc...i've been off from work for almost 2 weeks and he is not listening to me at all about my pains...he only cares about my wrists and i needed my fmla & std paperwork filled out & he had the nerve to tell me i wont get std from work...um maybe cuz he doesnt know how to fill out the paperwork...he left alot of it blank & he only put it about my wrists & they wanna know about my back & neck too & i left there in tears because i was sitting in a chair for a whole hr & my back & neck hurt soooo bad...he didnt even care...then i looked at the form when i went out the door...he's making me go back to work part time!!! i told him i needed a month off and he didnt even discuss this crap with me...im calling his office tomorrow then im going back to the ER...i was ready to have a stroke after what he did...i was just so mad at him i was crying all the way home & most of the evening...he doesnt even have me on pain meds...i just dont understand what im supposed to do...i cant just go back to work & suffer...plus i have an appt for a wheelchair eval...if i go back to work they wont let me go cuz i dont have pto...im just so frustrated with docs already...i hate them all because none of them will help me

Hi Heidi, i hear it all day at work from doctors patients. Many others get frustrated with them also. But there are some good listening docs out there. Your right, needless suffering is not what you want. Hope you can find some relief soon. I have a help line at CVS that i can call. maybe you have one also. Try all you can to get help, Okay. ~Deach~
