Morning backies, cloudy and looking like rain today. Maybe rain for a few days. At least maybe the big hot spells may be over.

Slept pretty good without AC, no fan either, so it was quiet. As is this sunday morning, no cars going, the business will so start. Woke with a HA and muscle tightness, mainly in the neck.See how the anti-inflam goes. Not much doin today.

My inspiration is mainly from 2nd Peter 1;2-4 May grace and peace be yours in abundance in the knowledge of go and of Jesus our Lord. His divine power has given us everything needed for life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. Thus he has given us, through these things, his precious and very great promises, so that through them you may escape from the corruption that is in this world because of lust, and may become participants of the divine nature.

Almighty God, who sent your Son Jesus Christ to be the light of the world, that all who follow him might not walk in darkness, but have the light of life: We praise thee for the Gospel of thy love to humanity, for the world of salvation to all people, and for the revelation of your glory among all nations. We bless you for the faithful of every age who have shared their witness of your truth, for the labor of those who first brought the Gospel to this land, and for all who have gone forth to distant lands as ambassadors of Christ. We thank thee for the growth of your church through all the world; and we ask you to hasten the fulfillment of your promise that the kingdoms of men shall become the kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; to whom, with thee, O Father, and the Holy Spirit, all be the glory for ever and ever. Amen.
