Really stuffed up today with chest congestion. Had to cancel my PCP appt. yest. because of their moving from a fire. Maybe i should have insisted on keeping my appt.with my breathing probs. But back to work today on truck day. Backs hurting already.
Got my ins. est. on my Jeep and will keep the rental until its fixed.

Not much doing so have a good day and God bless, ~Deach~

High today of 90 heatindex 105 Low of 79.

Still prettty numb from everything

middle of my back has been bothering me.

Deach i have been using my pulmacourt my veramist and my benadryl and i am still stuffed up. I have no idea how that is possible but it is. I had ice on my face at lunch time too.
