I did a bit of wrestling last night in bed but even with T&T i slept okay. I think i knocked a few pillows off the bed. Not bad so far in the back dept. By mid day i'll feel it with compression of the spine.

i had dental appt today. Three nice new white teeth! Sure the pain will follow soon.!!

hot and humid here and the PND is in full swing. Dang mold must be thriving with all this rain. makes for this girl to stay in doors as much as possible!!

Evening Deach, A bit late today.but I am here.. I painted or I should say hubby & I painted another section of our LR. Just taking us awhile to get it done as neither of us can use our arms to long at a time. It is beginning to look nice though. Will be glad when it is done.
We had another beautiful day, no humidity and in the 70's . Problem being is that some of the leaves are already beginning to change colors. To early for that.
wonder what our winter is going to bring after this Hot Hot summer we have had.

Hope you didn't overdo it with painting, you might feel it today. I'd like to do some stuff around the house but i just don't get motivated to improve the house.
