A bit achy today but not too bad yet. Lumbar was really getting me by works end yest. Rough just standing. Neck tight.

PCP appt today.

Neck and shoulders oh so tight and achey today. teeth actually okay.

Did my duty yesterday and voted. boy standing was sure hard! even took maggie and tried to explain it all to her. then my ballot got stuck and they had to call the clerk over for a paper jam! lol geesh how embarrassing! But it was accepted in the end and lookey lookey no one I voted for won. status quo for me! lol.

Hope you had a good pcp visit. tightness in the shoulder neck area seem to be big prob. with us backies. I can't take muscle relaxers without them knocking me out. Don't think we had any voting around here. Have a good night, ~Deach~
