Normal night, maybe a bit T&T because i woke with the sheets pulled out. LOL call it, dream wrestling. Same old in the morning. Mostly lower backache. So back to work after 2 days off. Now i work 3 days.

I am covering two positions today tomorrow and all next week. Fun!
Pain management appt today. thinking about asking to go off the lortab and on to something stronger than mobic. since most of my issues seem to be with inflamation.
Earl and Fiona and Gaston all churning up the water out there. Looks like a buzy storm season. Wonder which one it will be on my anniversary. We were married on september 16th and every year for the past ten years even on the night of our wedding a hurricane has been either approaching or making landfall in florida. we had several of our wedding guest skip the reception to get the last flight out before Gustav stopped all flights. the following year it wass isabella and after that i just quit paying attention to the names. We were teased for a long time that we should name our children after gustav and isabella.
Last night i must have hit the repeat button on the meditation CD because i kept waking up hearing it and thinking i need to go turn that off and before i knew it i was back to sleep. LOL> probably could recite the whole CD at this point! lol.
I just have sounds for sleeping, about 5 of them on the clock radio. I haven't needed them for a while. Don't like the waves crashing when i'm trying to sleep. Have a good day, ~Deach~
