Ouches, moan and groan, let it out, don't keep it bottled up.
Pretty good restday yest. I didn't do much at all. I did a little cleaning and the allergies started up. So that was enough cleaning. Back pain was better but back today. I work 9 hrs. today, very long day for me.
Slept good, low pain at night. Upper right ribs had pain last night and a bit better this morn.
