Morning, another week starting up. should be a nice day in the upper 70's. 2 more days til autumn.

Another day without antihistimine and having withdrawals. A histimine dump as they call it. Did not sleep well because i'm more alert and edgy. Should be a fun day at work. Hope i don't bite someones head off. Back pain is low, thank God. I'll have itching all day thats for sure.

Have my therapy session today with my psychologist. Looking forward to this since i haven't gone for liek three weeks.

Having trouble getitng into working today. really struggling to stay on task.
