Ouches, moan and groan, let it out, don't keep it bottled up.
Went to bed early so woke early with T&T. Varied aches and pains, mostly lower back. I'm in the pain pill cycle. Couldn't work without it. Didn't get my flu shot yet, not until i feel better. When they weighed me at the doc i was down almost 10 lbs. since Apr. I'm at the lowest weight since High school. Lack of appt. and gut pains mostly, I assume. Good i saved the smaller sized pants. Loosing a bit of fat is good.

well the cardiologist is leaving my metatoprol alone and we are just going out to yearly visits.
I see the pain management doctor on thursday. Must start my list now.
After this last IBS attack i am thinking i may need to go back to the GI doctor. But i really don't ahve the money to do what she is going to want. I may put it off. till tax time! lol.
