Another buzy morning here. Being two people today. Trying to get there work and my work done.

I think about an hour ago the barometric pressure dropped as i am suddnely very achey, headache and exhausted.

Today it is c5-6 which is bothering me. feels like it needs to pop but won't.

don't remember my dreams but i did sleep pretty good.
