Ouches, moan and groan, let it out, don't keep it bottled up.
Slept okay until the heavy rain came then it was T&T all morning. My bones are crackling, its tinman time. Maybe the coffee will lube the joints. Just took the dog out, seems the rain don't bother him. Dried him but still got the wet dog smell. wooo Off today from work, i guess indoor work is on the agenda. Maybe donation gathering. I took a bunch up yest.

I slept like a rock but didn't want to get up this am still.
Just did too much yesterday i think.
I have my pain management appt today. gotta figure something out eventually right?
Today its back in my cervical. Just can't seem to shake it and it travels down my arms. Lovely.
Hope your pain mang. doc can get it right soon. I have it in the neck also today, must have been the tossing and turning. Have a good day, ~Deach~
