Not a bad week for me. A couple semi bad days where lower back just knocking me for a loop. Standing almost all day and this will happen. Not much to say, so i'm off

have had severe back issues again. Thinking of filling the second medral dose pack.
Last night was severe insomnia...
It never ends does it.
I can only stand for a bout ten minutes. much more than that and my pain levels skyrocket and i tend to start to swell. I do much better sitting. but still need frequent breaks even then.
Temps are finally cooler here. high sixties in the am with highs toping at 80s.
Hope you can still take care of Maggie okay. You have to be careful lifting her, and hope she doesn't jump on you. Yikes. Have a good night and weekend, ~Deach~
