Another week of aches and pains. Very foggy this morn and down to upper 30's. Heats on in my house and heats on my body. Warming them joints up. Felt pretty rotten when i got up early for a BR trip. A combo of a cold and whatever else. Prob. caught something at work. So many sick right now and not the flu. This change of weather does it all the time.

Trying to post here once in a while, most of the regs. are on Facebook so i get on there a few times a week, Have a good day and God bless, ~Deach~

Thursday, one month into Autumn. Leaves are changing and falling. Suppose to have a mild winter around here, Hope they are right. Feeling better than yest. but very achy. I bought some nasal gel for overnight, works good. Left ear is clogged off and on. Very annoying. I have off today and may check the dentist out.
