Slept very good but some weird dreams, like replacing my knees by myself,operation and all. yukkk. And other weird ones. Doing okay except for morning lightheadedness and sinuses. Better think about an antihistimine soon. Spring allergies. Yuk

I am feeling pretty good most days of late. I have started walking in earnest this past week. I go across to the park and walk laps around the soccer fields. It is a 1/4 mile per lap. I bring my Lab and we do it together. I started this week using walking sticks. I find they work my upper back and arms as they help push me along. It feels pretty good.
We lost Blind dog Birdie our older Lab about a month ago. It has been helpful for Madison to keep her out and busy, and me too.
The weather has been unseasonably warm and sunny this last week but I think it is just a sneak peak. We are looking at rain and snow for the weekend.
I hope that you are doing well. Spring is just around the corner.

Oh so moaning. I have the biggest headache and I am out of things to try to get rid of it. took my mobic this am and then went to chiropractor and have taken a tramadol. nothing is even remotely touching it. Thinking it maybe sinuses.
I did wake up about four and was hungry and so got up and ate some cereal and was really extremely dizzy then.
I am wearing me green today as well as me shamrock. Gotta have your lucky clover!!

It has been warm for March, hasn't it. Hope we don't get disappointed if it gets colder again. Its in the 60's here already. Sat. is the 1st day of Spring , Yahooo.

Oops it's afternoon, i'll get it straight soon. i got a guy coming over from comcast our cable provider. yeah there going digital now. my son put the box in we have some channels but not all. if you don't have the box or adapter you lose about 30 channels. hopefully he can fix this. being stuck in the house that's all i have.
well it's sunny and warm in the 60's but my hands are still bad and waiting almost 6 weeks to see the doc. doesn't help much.well enough of me venting sorry about that.
at least the DW when she gets home from work we'll have some corned beef and cabbage. there will be a lot of tooting around here tonight:->
