Foot Pain

Whenever I have my feet up for 10min or more I can barely stand on them. This is especially bad in the morning when I first get up & I can barely get down the stairs. Hi hjoy, although i don't suffer too much from foot pain. I do get it sometimes after rest and can barely walk. My doc says it could be from my lumbar nerves. Since i have degenerative disc dis. this may be my problem. You may want to see your doctor if you haven't already esp. if it lasts a long time. You don't want to wait. Heres a web site you could see.
