Wind woke me up early, rattling my windows, then off and on sleep for a couple hours. Lower backs feeling it today and my tooth. I called the dentist but he's on vacation til tomorrow. PCP appt. later today, not much else to tell him.

Morning everyone, So what time of day are pain you pain levels the highest? Mine are the mornings, as i assume many others are. The pain meds lost its punch and the sleeping makes you stiff. If you T&T(toss&turn) then the neck hurts. The sinuses get plugged up so the head hurts. aka headache. Maybe ear pain. Then us with IBS, well you know.
The doc asked me yest. how my IBS was. I said with the probiotics i take it is well controlled and it is. He said the probiotics help the whole body. yes i know. If only it would cure back pain huh. Oh the mornings...Have a great day, God bless, ~Deach~ Happy Hanukkah to our Jewish friends
