Hey Deach!
How's it going?
I'm doing fine, back pain is well, managed for now. I still suffer with sciatica often, especially if I don't sleep well, if I stand for a long period of time my left leg just aches so bad. It feels better when I can exercise. Massage also helps too. My husband and I are still doing missions work, here in Bangkok now. I lost contact with you via email, but if you're still around I'd love to catch up. I came on today looking for support about GERD, as I just found out that I have had it for about 4 months. So much has changed since I was last on these boards. Anyway, your prayers for me are appreciated. Do you still have contact with any of the old crew from backies back in the day (2005) or whenever that was? I am in touch with Beth and Wendy, and sometimes Shelley. Other than that Shar and a few others are on my yearly email list, but I never hear back from them.
Blessings,
Nikki
