Morning backies, Well 2 days in a row we broke heat records here. Should get up to mid 80's today, then dropping down to more seasonal temps of high 50's and 60's.
Didn't sleep the best the past 2 nights mainly because it was so warm. Can't have the window fan blowing in all that pollen. Bad enough without it. Some places they have pollen fog, now thats bad.
Normal aches today. Got my Sat. dish hooked up and playing with it last night. oh boy i have more channels and still don't know what to watch, i see more Christian channels, so thats good. Got the HD,and boy is that a clear pic. I can see pimples on peoples faces, oh great, thats what i wanted to see. LOL Took a while to set everything up so i got cleaning done around here. So back to the grindstone(work) today. Inventory next week so manager is cleaning up and getting rid of things.

Good Morning Deach,, I just got back from exercising at the Y.. Going there on Tues.& Thurs. mornings & then still do the pool exercise on Mon.Wed. & Fridays. So far going well.
I bet you do have a lot of channels with the sateliiete. Here our cable is a better price especially with the phone & internet included in the billing . I have seen those new HD TV's and you are right you can see the pimples on someones face.. LOL Like you really want to look at that.
It is great for watching Giants Football. Wait till you see your Eagles play ... You will never want to watch football on another tv...
It was 84 here yesterday and will only be 71 today. The rest of the week will be like yours, more normal & in the 50's & 60's. And rain. as long as it isn't snow..

I don't know if I told ya but both mine and DH SSDI went through!! It's weird because he filied first but I got mine 1st and now this month he got his.
Praise the LORD!! Now some of our finacial worries are not as bad.
We paid everyone back that helped us out through the ordeal and have a little left.

Yep its hot here also.. Had to turn the A/C on.. Danny can't handle heat on top of pain.. Not much to him now and he gets cold easy but like me, loves to sleep in the cold..
Leg is hurting today and its spread from the groin area to the outside of my left knee.. Gezzz, I really don't need this now.. It takes a while to get over this.. I'm going walking this afternoon.. Can't handle much more sitting..

Well over here the temp is going backward. it's only 38 now [2 pm> and is not getting warmer. they say on the news that in a couple of days it should be 70. can't wait.
well what i meant by high is my belly, i only can get relief is when my hands are on the top of my legs, when i'm sitting. this happens when the temp changes either going up or down suddenley. if it stays around the same i'm pretty good. that's why my hew neurologist thinks it's in my upper spine. just wish it wuldn't take so long to see my neurosurgeon [ 6-8 weeks >. that's how long it takes to see a new doctor around here. it never use to be this way, don't know what happened.

Hey PaPa Bear,Long time no talk to you!! I sure hope the new Neurologist can get you some relief. I don't understand about the long waits to see Drs. Our clinic here it take's 1 week or more,and we keep getting more Drs.I know it is not as long as your Drs. but I think when you see a new Dr. it is a long time to fit you in. I have had a Dr.appointment be for the next day or the day you called because you called right after someone cancelled,that is so nice!!! Take care & I pray for LPDays,Pammy
