Good morning, Deach and all.

I have dreams of winning the lottery, a sweepstakes, or inheriting money often. I can see myself paying off all debts and then getting a new house, cars, etc. Maybe someday, ya never know.

Cloudy but very pleasant in WNY this morning. Possible rain showers later today. My wife and I were up and out on the patio by 6:00 am. She is working 7:30-3:00 today.and is back to the same challenges and stress at work. We are still praying about career direction for her. I'm planning to do just a bit more yard work today, after I get a load of dishes done. My back has recovered pretty well from the past two days' activity, but I still need to be careful today.

my pains are at all all time high today...i've been crying all day at work and no one will even let me go home...i cant stand this place already...they dont care, comp doesnt care (but when do they right?)... i dont know if i can make it through the 2nd 1/2 of my work day...i cant wait til this week is over

Afternoon Dave, well i bought a one dollar rub-off ticket today and won 5 dollars. I was going to buy 5 more with the ticket but they were busy. So maybe tomorrow i;ll get rich.
Work was good today, a bit achy with the sciatic hurting more also the hip. Just had to watch the bending.

Sorry your in high pain today. Don't matter when this weeks over, it just starts all over the next week anyway. I'm having problems at work also but have to grin and bare it. Hope you fell better,and you can have a good night ~Deach~

Okay All I feel SOOOO refreshed.

Saw the new pain management doctor who made TOTAL sense. He did not want to change ANYTHING but does want to add injections that have some anti inflamatories in them in my cervical and lumbar spine. He took a look at both areas with this neat xray thing. Said the lumbar is by far the worse and the cervical is probably causing pain related to the muscle spasms. SO I go tuesday for my first set of shots. YEAH!!! dont' have a driver so i can only do local anestheisia BOOO. But he feels that the arthritis pain and Fibro pain are feeding into one another and causing it harder to get under control. I explained to him why i was leaving the other pain management doctor and that I needed answers in a timely fashion for my employer. He was like what is timely fashion in your opinion. I said hmmm 48-72 hours. He was like oh yes we can do that easily. and I said I had had to leave numerous voicemails and never recieved a return call. he said oh no we return calls within twenty four hours. Its too important when you are dealing with patients that experience pain like we do. He was SOOOO easy to talk to and really seemed to understand what I was saying!!!

I then went from there to my old pain management doctors office and SAT UNTIL they gave me the letter! Its like five pages long and is basically what she typed as I was sitting in the office with her on the 23rd OH and guess what its also dated the 23rd!! Hmmm doesn't seem like that was too hard. Only took twenty minutes when I was sitting right there.

I then went to Physical therapy. Last one as the shots are considered open wounds and then I have that Biopsy which is deffinetely an open wound and plus i will have to get the order re-written from this doctor but my Physical therapist was great and said that I have made great improvements and she could tell right away before i started any exersizes just in my posture.

SO All in all a very productive day.
