Ouches, moan and groan, let it out, don't keep it bottled up.
Hungry for a muffin this mornin but forgot to make them last night. I made a pizza in the oven, something i hardly ever do, then i was going to make muffins while it was warmed up but got sidetracked.oh well maybe tonight. Legs are achy today and lower back, i was getting it in the sciatic yest. Thats fun during work. No fun working with any pain. but back to work again today. Better find a muffin substitute.

Mmmm, a muffin sounds good. A local supermarket makes the best muffins. I especially like their double chocolate and carrot cake muffins. Good thing I don't have a car right now or I'd go buy a dozen.
I am also extra achy today and am moaning with you, Deach. Oooooooooohhhhhh. How's that?
The only yard work I did today was to go around spraying weeds carefully with Roundup. I got about 2/3 of all the yard done before my back gave out. Maybe will try to do the rest later today or tomorrow.

Hope you didn't have to bend over to spray the roundup. My yard is so full of clover and weeds i gave up on a nice lawn. Have a good night, ~Deach~
