I am preparing for a lap band. I have been looking into where I can get the calcium and vitamins I'll need. I was told to use calcium citrate. I have only been able to find that in a pill form...not chewable. There is one that has calcium citrate and calcium caltrate in it that's chewable. I wanted to find one nearby so I would be able to get it when I needed it instead of ordering by mail all the time. What are others using that had the band done? Thanks
