I had bariatric surgery 3 yrs. ago. It was successful, I lost 130 lbs. Have gained about 12-20 lbs back, but can't find any diet advice about how to start loosing again. Want to loose what I gained back. Do not have a bariatric surgeon in town, other DRs. are clueless. Can anybody help with a web site, or diet, or advice on what to do? I exercise at a gym for an hr. everyday. My body seems to be in stubborn mode and just does not want to get going on the weight loss track again. Anybody out there who can help out? Would sure appreciate it.

Check out the 5 Day Pouch Test. It has helped me jump start weight loss in the past. The trick is to keep up with it, which I have problems doing. I'm getting ready to try it again myself. Good luck..

Hi Skinnylady,
I'm also in the slow-down phase after surgery and it's tough to drop those pounds. Had to up my regular workout - the same old same old wasn't enough. I also did the 5 day pouch test to remember the tightness my pouch once was - it also helps get back into the good way of eating. You find it at http://www.5daypouchtest.com/
also for support and information. Check out www.thinnertimes.com There are a lot of us on there giving support and information.
Good luck!
