I have been in fomula for 6 days and even though I noticed I am not as hungry and can more easily keep up with th Medifast diet (5 little meals a day), and drink all the water required and the some, I don't seem to b losing weight. I am going to keep doing fora while, but I was wondering if you would mind sharing how you are doing. Are you still taking th formula/ have you lost any more weight? Please, if you don't mind, lt me know. i need the support!!!
