Married? Single? Divorced? Living with Al for 16 years. I am not good married.

Kids: Pets:Brody, a lab mix I literally rescued.

Triggers: judgemental people, unforgiving, rigid, sniping ones.

This my first post ever! I am looking for people who can understand some of the feelings I have. Maybe suggest something that helped you that might help me.
Right now my thoughts are so scattered I can stand in the middle of the room and just spin, because I don't know what I should be doing next. Manic

Welcome

You will find this a really nice place with people who understand everything you are going thru. Most of us have had your specific symptoms and offer lots of hope. I know exactly what you mean that when you are manic it is like standing in a room spinning...there is just way to much going thru my head. My mind cant stay still. Right now I am on the opposite swing...depression...my dreaded end of my spectrum. Anyways, hang around with us and join in. Everyone here has really becomes friends
