Hi Everyone,

First off let me send to all you asthma suffers, healing strength and hugs to ease this dibilitating condition.Every time I read a new case of it I feel desperately for you and wish you well. You're all in my thoughts.

Weather:Foggy,gray,maybe rain?

Sleep: As soon as I got home from the Doc. I crashed. It was on and off but I got alot of sleep, finally.

Mood: Well,it's a new day,so we'll see how it goes. Drinking some tea,and just reflecting.

Plans: Not quite sure. Doc. wants me to stay off the horses and take it easy. Probably because of the new meds. Husband says there isn't anything real pressing to get done today so he would like me to just kick it with a book and not worry at all about chores. Ya know,? I can do that today too.

I also want to Thank You all for your support. I means the world to me.

Loves,

Minky

Morning, Beepers!!

Weather: I think going to be 90's, so far a light breeze & sun.

Sleep: Worst in a long time...woke up after a weird dream of a friend telling me he didn't want to be friends anymore and accidentally swallowing scissors (or something sharp, IDK why or how that happens), I was worried maybe I had swallowed something (felt weird) and then my Papa woke me up at 7am for my car keys, and now I'm up and hacking lungs out.

Mood: Pretty good, considering the sleep LOL!

Plans: Lay low, I guess..going to try and not go out today if I can help it. I'm SUPER tight this morning and coughing an lot, and am thinking it's going to be a hard time breathing today. Missing my man, and tomorrow is my last day here, unless I decide to stay til Saturday, which I doubt, sooo yeah.

*HUGS* to the stockpilers and whoever needs them. Loves to Minks....hope everything is going well, & thanks for the love

Sleep - few hrs, but slept yesterday

Mood - ok

Plans - try to get out; talk with aussie friend late afternoon. accidentally took my meds plus pain pill on empty stomach this mornng and about 15 min later, got really bad stomach ache. laid on my side eating yogurt and that took pain away, got up, now feels like starting to hurt agian, but hopefull not like earlier. i normally take my meds on empty stomach because i can, and never bothers me - but dont normally take pain pill at same time, which i do have to take with food. so just wasn't thinking. my bad.

Hey Beepers,

Weather: hot

Sleep: great although I had to pee all night and our air purifier was freaking out last night. Sounded like one of those bug lights with a bunch of bugs running into it.* Zap Zap*

Mood: so-so Im a bit on the down side because of my asthma and woman problem. My asthma was so bad last night that I couldnt play LOTRO with my friends and hubby. I hate letting everyone down too. If I dont play, then they all cant play as a group. guilt

Plans: nothing. I promised hubby that I would stay in bed and relax today because of my asthma problems. I called my pdoc last night and left a msg telling them that Im having asthma problems and would like to have a phone session today. My pdoc is a really nice and understanding guy.

Oh, one more thing. I was having a terrible time with asthma last night so I put Vicks on the bottom of my feet and then wore socks, with in about 15-20 mins, my coughing slowed way way down and I started breathing better. Could have been a coincidence. Im trying it again today and will let you know the out come. Who knows, maybe we have a cure here. Thanks to who ever suggested that.

hugs to all

Minky darling, I agree with your Dr., just kick back and take it easy today.

(trigger) I was thinking about you the other day and something came to me. One of the reasons why this has hit you so hard, besides how much you loved your baby, was due to the suddenness of it and that it was violent. Its like when my little dog got attacked by my big dog. It wasnt expected and it was violent. So every time I shut my eyes to sleep, I would see that scene all over again.

Take care honey. I will be thinking of you. big hugs and kisses.

{{{{{{{{{{{{{{Cookie}}}}}}}}}} I'm sorry that your asthma is still acting up....also sorry you couldn't play LOTRO with your friends and hubby last night due to the asthma! You said that you felt guilty because if you don't play, they can't play as a group. This might not have the effect on you that it did for me, but a long time ago I heard something about guilt. It was when I feel guilty about something, I should ask myself this question - "Did I do something wrong?" The reason is because guilt is something that is (or should be) the product of when or if we do something wrong. So if I'm feeling guilty about something and can honestly say that I didn't do anything wrong, then "guilt" is the wrong choice of words.

So did you do something wrong by not being able to play LOTRO last night? Nope! You didn't play because your asthma was bad - nothing you did wrong! You are not guilty!

{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{Cookie}}}}}}}}}}}} I hope you feel better as the day goes by!

Debbie

Howdy from Texas.

weather: clear sunny and hot.

Sleep: plenty of it just at the wrong time.

Mood: N/A

Plans take my wife to see her counselor and then shopping as a reward for cooperating and going to see doctors she did not want to go see yesterday.

Encase any one is interested the doc was baffled by the soars on my wife's face and neck and his best guess is some sort of reaction to the meds she is on but is not sure what med is causing them. He gave her a referral to see a specialist and some new meds to take.

I hope yall have a good day now yhear.

Hey there.

Weather: sunny and warm

Sleep: so so

Mood: so so

Plans: did yard work this morning and overdid it in the heat. Not much planned for the afternoon. Like some of you, its going to be a day to take it easy.
My son is home on suspension today. Meh, I am tired of it so other than some yard work, I am letting him do what he wants. Other kids start stuff with him so in my mind, he is only a little bit in trouble.

Take it easy, go easy on yourselves! xo

aaawwwwww thank you Doodles. Your right, I shouldnt feel guilty because it wasnt my fault that I couldnt breath, its not like I did it on purpose or anything.

I start to worry though about my asthma. Usually when it continues to be bad for days on end, I usually end up in the ER or Urgent Care. I hope I cant get the asthma under control before it comes to that.

Thanks sweet heart. muahs

Hi Everyone!

Good Afternoon from PA! I made it on early two days in row which is cool. For everyone suffering from asthma~ you're all in my thoughts and prayers too.

Weather: Sunny, breezy, and nearly 90*

Sleep: A little better last night which helped out so far today

Mood: Kinda blah but working on feeling good instead.

Plans: Took two kids for their med checks today which went well. Saw my pcp, who increased my high blood pressure pill cuz of my weird feet swelling. Going to see the pdoc today and I have lots/lots of questions and things to report to him too. Might try doing a slow workout with my Zumba too!

Hugs if you want one!
