BEEP!

Weather: Again, rain in the forecast, but I'm not holding my breath

Sleep: Couple hours, not nearly enough

Mood: Highly irritable. Music is even setting off angry outbursts. Wondering if the added Lamictal which definately busted the depression is the cause. Been about a week now.

Plans: Took MIL to be to dr's. My turn is next with Gastro. Sweating this appt due to signs/symptoms worse than just cholitis. Then back to replant the tomato and basil plants we bought yesterday. Then relax.

@Mercy...glad you woke up laughing!

Hello all my little dahlings

Weather: Hot.

Sleep: good. Im thinking that Lyrica really knocks me out at night. Even though I dont feel tired, once I fall asleep, I am OUT.

Mood: groovy babies

Plans: Play ball with the doggy. Watch some crime/documentaries shows. Also watch Air Emergency, Im fascinated by that kind of real life show. I know it sounds morbid, but its not really. I mean ppl who investigate this sort of thing, they arent morbid, they have an interest. Well thats me.

You all have a groovy day. muahs

Thanks hun! I try to do the same as you with grocery shopping, I am just so tired of it right now. I did awful today because my son was with me. I have to shop alone to focus.
Hope you are enjoying your afternoon.

Well, no good news. At least I'm not seeing it that way. They've scheduled me for an Endoscopy and a Colonoscopy next Thursday. Gastro is looking for Crones. I am so not happy at the moment. I knew it would be bad and I'd end up getting these tests, but Crone's? UGHH. Oh, and S has an emergency appt with our primary doc because his sugar is high. Definately diabetic. Just a question of which type now. Been a bad news day as far as doctors are concerned. Only good news is I don't have a copay for my tests as the insurance is running it through as "preventative care."

Beep. Hello, all.

Weather: it was actually salubrious today in WNY. Mid 60's with bright sunshine and a clear blue sky. Clouds and rain are rolling in. I feel it in my bones.

Mood: Mixed. I had an appointment with a pain management specialist for my spinal conditions this morning. Nothing more they can do for me - way beyond the help of any surgery or procedures. I'm a disappointed but not surprised. My wonderful wife has been seeing this doctor for a work related back injury, and he said she is making good progress with physical therapy. It got even better after I signed the paper work and closed the deal on my the sale of dad's mobile home. He was diagnosed with Alzheimer's last year and is now in an Assisted Living Facility. My wife and I had been cleaning out his home and put it on the marked this past February. Now the deal is done and I am just waiting for the check to put into his bank account.

Plans: As you can tell, today was very busy for us. My wife and I have napped and are now resting in our recliners for the remainder of the day. Survivor tonight, and the finale is already this coming Sunday!

Hope you are all having a blessed and wonderful Wednesday, friends.

Hey Melly honey, have you had a colonoscopy done before? I dont want to scare you but this may be important. When I had mine done the twilight sleep did not work and I was in agony the entire time. Later an anesthesiologist told me that my Bipolar meds were interfering with the absorption of the injection. So for now on when a Dr. is to put me under twilight sleep, Im to explain about the Bipolar meds. So make sure the anesthesiologist knows what meds you are on.

I know that the tests that they are doing may have scary outcomes but the tests may come back normal as well. Ive had many tests done for many scary diseases and what not, but luckily they came back normal. So try to think positive honey, things will prob. be ok. Take care. muahs

Dave, OMG, I LOVE Survivor. Me and hubby watch it every week and we have been a fan since they aired the very first one. Me and the hubby are wanting the under dogs to win, Christina or Sabrina. I dont think Christina is going to last long because she isnt brave enough to make a move but Sabrina is smart, so she may make it to the end. Im glad Kat got voted out, omg, she was a ding bat. I cant stand Alicia, what a B***** and I dont like Kim because she thinks she is untouchable. I also want Tarzan out, what a beast he is, no pun intended of course. Ok, enough about Survivor.

Im so sorry to hear about your back. I know its heart breaking to hear that there isnt anything that they can do. I went through that myself when my pain specialist told me the same thing. I just broke down and cried. But I have accepted my back pain and I just live around it and take pain meds when needed. So I know what your going through.

Also, I just want to say, its so nice to see someone who loves their partner so much. Im so happy that your so in love with your wife. Me and my hubby are close as well, I totally adore him.

You have a good night and let me know who you like on Survivor.

Hi, Cookie.

My wife and I have the same thoughts as you do about survivor. I am hoping Christina wins. It seems like it is the ones who play it cool and subdued that win.

We've been watching Survivor for many years as well. Each new season we say "well, it will be the same old same old", yet watch each episode anyway.

My wife is my best friends and soul mate. We celebrated 24 years of wedded bliss on March 26, and on May 26 we will celebrate the 27th anniversary of our first date. At that date both of us said we didn't think we would ever get married. We were both 28 years old and figured we would just stay single. We laugh about that all the time.
