As many of you are aware, members coming and going on all internet message boards and communities is simply part of life. You just get to know someone, and *poof*, they're gone.

I'm do not want to be one those people who just *poof* leave, but do need to take a break. This WebMD Bipolar Community is just a bit too much for me right now. I will check in periodically but not every day. I hope you can all understand.

You are all wonderful people. I pray you continue to be victorious in your lives and find ways to cope.
