I managed to get thru yesterday; not without a few tears. I know I will never really know why but I keep asking that. Why didn't he talk with me. I know we were going thru a rough time. It was bc he wasn't doing what the therapist wanted him to do nor did he take his meds as he should have. Instead of a whole pill he would take 1/2; missed taking them ec. His excuse was they cost too much money. I told him that the insurance we had covered most and our co-pay was something we would pay. I told him that we could cut down some expenses if it got to be too much. What price do you put on a life?

Mary

{{{{{{{{{{{{{{Mary}}}}}}}}}}}} I hope that for your sake, you will soon be able to let go and know that it wasn't your fault - there was nothing you could have done to prevent his fate. I can appreciate how hard it would be for you with those never ending questions in your mind of "why" but for your own sanity, you have to figure out a way of letting those questions go unanswered.

I apologize, but I don't remember if you are seeing a therapist or not; but maybe it would be a good thing to see one so you can know healing in this area.

I'm glad you got through yesterday!

Debbie

Thank you, Debbie!
I do see a therapist. The Pdoc questioned me the last time I saw him. I told him that I can vividly remember everiything. My late was found on the Wednesday of that week. He had been missing since that Monday but others did not want to believe me. As you can see the memory can be very vivid. Not sure it will ever fade.
Hugs,
Mary
