Morning.....

Weather: hot, humid and cloudy...expecting some rain later today

Sleep: Yeah right, fell asleep around 6 and then tossed and turned til 12 this afternoon...more weird dreams about people from my past

Mood: just here

Plans: Download some more music. Hang out and relax. Dinner. Then I'll prolly do some laps around the neighborhood. Other than that, not a thing.

lol Mel, I read one of your sentences too fast and thought you said you were gonna do some lap dances for the neighborhood. lol I had to slow down and read that one again! Wheeeeeeeeeeeew! Good thing I did, eh? lol

Weather - about 60

Sleep - pretty good

Mood - a bit better

Plans - try to go grocery shopping (after trying for the past week) do some house cleaning, including wash windows; catch up on a few emails; maybe try to do some writing for my next therapy session.
Forgiveness is letting go of the hope that the past could have been any different --Unknown

Good Evening

Weather: Sunny and beautiful; breezy

Sleep: Good

Mood: Good

Plans: Still doing laundry and will finish it all sometime tonight and still need to starch soak my crinkle skirts; spent some time outside today reading (CBT workbook, bible study) under my umbrella that is getting a workout due to the wind. Even though I sprayed for spiders yesterday, I kept checking and laying down towels over the deck because in my mind there would be snakes trying to crawl up between the boards. It's amazing I was able to do any reading. Last night, I finished my mood chart spreadsheet and it is so cool, so colorful. I will be filling in all those little blanks daily and should take me about 5-10 minutes each day; tonight short workout and yoga; and, watch a movie.

Reminder to myself: I want to drink a glass of cool Riesling but I can't so I will have to watch dh enjoy it. I let my guard down last week and had 1 drink, no sleep and slamming myself with sleeping meds to get my sleep routine back— good way to OD!!! Once I realized that I did that I scared myself and called the pdoc immediately for the appt I had on Tuesday. Live and relearn applies to me.

Good Evening Everyone!

Weather: Sunny, hot, humid, and rainy highs in the 80's

Sleep: It was okay but restless

Mood: It was relaxed all things considered

Plans: Family went to cookout at my Dad's today. We left the dogs outside on three different leashes so we didn't come home to strangled doggies. Made our annual cemetary visit. Came home and the power went out for about fifteen minutes then came back on. I did a load of dishes in the dishwasher tonite with more going into the dishwasher tomorrow. I plan on doing some more reading tomorrow and put my laundry away some too.
