Hello.

Bipolar is a medical condition. Any medical condition needs to be diagnosed and treated by a doctor. In this case, you should start with your primary doctor and see what mental health care professional would be best for you - most likely a psychiatrist.

I would recommend you do not wait. Your dislike of doctors can not be a factor here. You need a doctor to evaluate and treat your condition. The sooner the better.

I pray you find the answers and treatment you need soon.
