Freaky Friday Daily Bipolar Post/ possible triggers

Hello all my dahlings, beep
Weather: SSDD HOT
Sleep: good
Mood: good
Plans: chores, uuuuugggggghhhhh, toning exercises, uuugggghhh, LOTRO yyyiiiipppeeeeee, watch a movie with hubby, yipppeeeeeee. Also I need to pick up a script at CVS and my stupid health ins. is ripping me off big time. I need to get an estrogen ring and it lasts for 3 months, my ins. wants to charge me for three months worth of the med. Instead of a one time cost of $60 they are charging me $180. ggggggrrrrrrr. I hope to hell that my Dr. never gives me a single pill that lasts for year cause I can only imagine what the rip off, useless, no good, yellow belly skunk kissing ins. will charge me.
Dr.s and medical ins. need to be regulated in a way that we can afford the cost. Ive had many Dr.s, many times do absolutely NOTHING to help me because they were plain old lazy but yet they collected my co-pay with no problem. All of my ins. companies over charge for deductibles and medication and some ins. comp. refuse to cover some needed surgeries and procedures. They get away with this because nobody does anything to stop them. The FDA screws around with our meds to the point that Dr.s are afraid to write specific scripts. They all need a kick in the azz. Ok, getting off my soap box.

Sorry about your frustrations with the drs and insurance. I HATE dealing with insurance companies. Our last insurance company made so much money off us. They also pulled a fast one on my tdoc. It all seems illegal at times.
Anyhoo...we are still waiting (and waiting) to find out when we can get our puppy. I am not good at waiting.

Mood: Down but not depressed which is good
Plans: I went to psych rehab today and was really glad that I went. I learned alot and came home in better spirits. Continuing to read Evermore by Brewin. I went to Girl Scouts Bridging Ceremony tonite and enjoyed very much. Planning on taking oldest for her learner's permit test tomorrow, grocery shop, and take the twins to see Snow White and the Huntsman.

Weather: Soupy. Torrential rain most of the day
Sleep: So so
Mood: Still irritable
Plans: Went grocery shopping. Took MIL to her ortho appt. Hit the pharmacy on the way home. Got my hair trimmed. It's finally at a length that I can start evening it out to the shortest layer!!! YAY! Came back home and made pacifier holders as test items. Then it was off to watch ds1 test for his 1st of 3 stars towards his Second Degree Black Belt. Met his gf who is adorable and very nice. Then home.

Ya know I had insurance problems today too! Freaking insurance company covered my migraine prevention meds last month and this month they're not covered. WTF? Now I have to check their blasted formulary before every doctor appointment I have? UGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!! And I am OUT of the med and since it's Friday, it can't be addressed to the dr until Monday. Oh, and I need an MRI which was scheduled Tuesday. I got a voicemail from the radiology office saying they need to reschedule the test from Monday to another week out. Why? Because they haven't gotten authorization from the insurance company yet. We're talking 4 days and it's still not done.
