    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

Some of you may remember that I was painting our coat of arms on a plaque. I finished it and I am very pleased as to how it turned out. Here is the pic. I hope it shows up.

Yea, I always use acrylic. Thats the only medium that my painting teacher in high school had us use. I like how it dries fast too.

    Thanks peeps

Debbie and Mercy, Thank you, thank you. It took me months to complete because of my LSC pain and back pain, I couldn't spend much time doing it. Plus there was a lot of detail and since Im old I cant see very well anymore.

It has to do with your sir name. All of the little details mean something. Like the circles, the star, the three branches etc. You should be able to find your coat of arms on line.
