so as the title states im new at understanding my disorder. i am 19 and my mother suffered from sever manic depression from a very young age until she passed away. i have a new boyfriend and am finding that my disorder is flaring up tremendously. to make matters worse i feel like talking to him about it is only making it worse.. i guess i just cant find the right words, plus im terrified of coming off as completely "crazy"...any suggestions? advice? experience?
