Morning all. I'm running out of words to name the days. LOL.

Weather: Rain has reduced to sprinkles here and there. Still under a tornado watch but at least they're not spawning at about 4-5 per hour. Winds still gusting to tropical storm levels.

Sleep: Nightmares all night.

Mood: Anxious and stressed. The weather is still doing a number.

Plans: Ran the neighbor to the pawn shop and home depot already. Backed out of the plan for the new place to live. The idiot kept renegotiating with S and I finally put my foot down cause he wanted to do half-arsed work. So that's one thing off my plate. Today I need to think about and decide the course of legal action I need to be taking regarding the kids. I'm really stressed about what I should do and wishing I had a tdoc to have an in depth discussion with about this. I simply don't know what to do.

Hugs to those who need them.

Call my pdoc for the 7th time and leave a msg saying that I need to make an apt. *rolling eyes*.

If my LSC becomes unbearable once again today, I will see my Gyno and beg her to do something, anything.

{{{{{{{{{{{{Mel}}}}}}}}}}} hang in there and take even just 15 minutes out for yourself today, it will do you good!

{{{{{{{{{Cookie}}}}}}}}}}} I hope the calls you have to make are successful and also, that your pdoc will return your calls! I'd have a lil conversation with him about returning calls since he just did this last week (or week before) re your meds, eh? He needs to be bopped upside the head. lol Also, I hope your LSC problems calm down today. Is the med she gave you not working anymore? Maybe she needs to increase the dose? Hang in there!

Weather - 52, drizzly, supposed to be mid 60's - I think we forgot summer here

Sleep - ok sort of, but not enough

Mood - Ok

Plans - don't even f ling ask or I just might have a royal hissy fit!!

I think the med is still working but my hormones and YI's and BI are wreaking havoc on on the woman area. If they could only figure out the correct dosage of Estrogen and get the infections under control then things should be ok. All I can do is hope.

Hey Mercy, I've been having "I feel fat" days whenever I see myself in the mirror or try to find clothes! Grrrrrrr

Re what I did today? Well, I got a shower around 12:45 p.m. instead of 5:30 p.m. like yesterday! I walked to and from the grocery store to pick up some items for a recipe my sister gave me - and a few more items. My feet are SO sore - the soles of my feet. But, that's nothing new lol My feet are always sore on soles - part of it is the neuropathy; also, my feet, ankles, and up lower legs have been pretty swollen today. Pretty bad when I wake up in the morning and they are swollen. But, I have already gone to the doctor to let her know. Well, didn't go for that only, but part of reason. My feet do swell up if at computer too long, but for I dn't know how long, they've been swelling up just because they want to. It appears to somehow be connected to my right hip pain, but I don't know. I will be seeing the doctor (my ARNP's husband, who actually is a doctor lol) and Cathe, the ARNP, had me come in so that she could write down all the areas of pain on my right hip, low back, and now left hip as well, and a bunch of questions about it. She ended up with about 4 pages of notes so that her husband will be able to look at them before he sees me (hopefully next week). Then he will determine whether or not I should have an MRI on my low back and hips. Wait a minute - you asked what I did today, huh? Ooops! I guess I expounded on that question, eh?

Sorry you had nightmare last night! I've had them about snakes as well, but not in a long time. Certain kind of dreams (nightmares) I used to have years ago that I hope I never have again. At that time, was having them fairly often and got scared to go to bed.

Ok, i rambled enough. I hope you had a good day and that you sleep well this evening!

Hugs
Debbie

Good evening;

Weather: 70 and sunny

Sleep: Not good. Couldn't fall asleep. I laid in bed for hours.

Mood: Anxious and depressed. Trying to deal with urges to hurt myself that I have been feeling the last couple of days. I haven't acted on them yet and it only gets harder to resist as the time passes. I have had a very frustrating day today. Just feel like crying but I won't let myself.

Plans: Took my mom to the hospital to have an MRI of her neck and shoulder. That went fine. Had a doctors appt. today but ended up not going. Made dinner and that's about it.
