Weather: too hot

Sleep: good but I feel exhausted. Ive felt exhausted for days

Mood: ok

Plans: try to find my brain. Its been floating around for the last few days. For some reason Lyrica has been hitting me hard. Very strange because I had gotten used to Lyrica and there wasnt any side effects and now its making me feel loopy once again. Im wondering if something else is adding to it. My exhaustion is an indicator that something else is going on. Perhaps menopause, low sodium, low sugar, a cold...who the heck knows.

Anyways, if any of you find my brain there is a reward for it. Love ya's muahs

mood apparently according to the kids I have been raving. I feel more depressed then that though

plans saw pdoc today. He tripled my trazadone to see if that helps me sleep on top of the ambien cr and klonopin. You'd figure I would be knocked out flat. Tonight is my sons discharge from group therapy so we shall see where we go from here. I am tired of driving back and forth for all these weeks. wheeew one less thing to do

Mood: Feeling down and anxious. Lack of sleep does not help things.

Plans: Went to the grocery store today with my mom. Took my daughter to day care so she could go swimming. Not much else going on.

Weather: started with rain, then sun and nice

Sleep: okish

Mood: mixed, mostly anxious and down.

Plans: puppy care. don't even know what else I did today. My mind is noisy today. sigh. Counting the minutes till bedtime..for the puppy and me.

Have had almost no computer time. Hope to be around tomorrow. thinking of you all. xo

Plans: I napped and did some reading. I'm compiling my list for next month's book challenge. Do more laundry and dishes and probably read too.
