3:17am...

Yesterday was a weird day… fighting off feelings of loneliness, depression, cutting, screaming, crying and running away… running away from everything!!! Like that saying: " reality called, I hung up." I had been slowly and surely progressing since they had upped my antidepressant last week, but big surprise that it's not helping anymore… But at the same time I was anxious and slightly energetic... I think I'm going from a depressed state to a mixed episode.... I see my pdoc today at 1pm so hopefully we can work something out that makes us both happy…By 11pm I was starting to drag… My eyes were getting heavy and it was getting harder and harder for me to type… I feel like a drug addict when I take all these meds at night… no bueno... but it was time for bed anyways.

Hello Mozzergurl, So very sorry that yesterday was so rough for you. Many of us understand the feeling of wishing we could just run away from everything. Ive had that same feeling many times. But things always get better for me. I will have a few bad days or a few bad weeks and then things are back to normal again. Just hang in there and remember that things will get better.

Thanks cookie, Yeah I've had some strange night.. just last night my roommate says I was sleep walking and sleep talking. I called my pdoc about it, cuz I know I used to sleep talk but never sleep walk. That's worrisome, cuz what if I do something dangerous? That scares me, but I'll talk about this on another post...
