    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Morning, everyone.

    Weather: Hot...expecting more rain

Sleep: Good...dropped right into it and slept until 10:30

    Mood: Still down

Plans: Paperwork, some canvasing for Avon. I have a meeting to train someone on the online website so I won't have to do the blind "first click here, then here, etc" on the day her orders are due. Then I need to come write up some letters for fundraising and hopefully get them out. Wait to see what my mom's dr says about the cath. I'm trying to stay busy, but I am wondering if that is contributing to my depression. Must think about that.

    Hello my dahling Beepers

    Weather: hot and humid.

    Sleep: good

Mood: ok, a bit anxious. Ive been having anxiety probs., not sure why

Plans: I have a follow up apt. with my pain specialist. I will find out today if they are going to burn the pudendal nerve endings. Oh I sure hope so. I want to get off of Lyrica because of the side effects. One side effect is that its causing me to be dehydrated. I drink lots of water and sports drinks but still Im dehydrated. How in the heck can I be dehydrated? Where does the water go? Im not sweating it out, Im not urinating any more than I normally do, so where does the water go??

Anyways, I hope they will make an apt. to burn the nerve endings. I hope, I hope, I hope.

Have a great Monday. love ya's muahs

    Good afternoon all

    Weather: Not too hot

    Sleep: Good

    Mood: Good

Plans: I am posting early because my bosses are out of town and I have a project that I will start on when I get home. It was cooler this weekend after all the rain. I was able to open a few windows and painted my kitchen this weekend. I like the new color so much that I am going to paint the whole (or most) of the house using the same color. Dh is masking so I can start painting when I get home. Hopefully, I can finish by the end of the week.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Afternoon everyone:

    Weather: 70's partly sunny

Sleep: too much (took ambien to help sleep cuz couldn't sleep due to manicky mode.

Mood: too anxious and bored. I not sure what I will do today letting Ambien wear off some. Waiting for pdoc to call back which most likely be tomorrow when she is in the office.

Plans: not much. Already did some work.

    Weather: balmy, kind of oppressive

Sleep: sporadic, but extensive ... I slept practically ALL DAY yesterday, then all night, waking every few hours for about 10 minutes, then crashing again.

    Mood: kind of blah/blech

Plans: headed home right after working, hoping to spend the night watching a doctor who marathon and working on knitting a new pair of gloves.

WEather: was sunny and perfect, now cloudy

Sleep: ok ish, slept on couch cuz dh had the room too cold and was freezing.

Mood: better than it was, hanging on by a thread.

Plans: got quite a bit done today so feel good. Pre-registered my son for school, mowed the lawn, need to make dinner.
Had my first (and probably last) cantaloupe from my garden. They are a challenge to grow here and this is my first attempt and I am thrilled that I have even one. Made fruit salad.

Melly...being busy is like a double edge sword for me. I think it does me some good (maybe feeling like I am accomplishing something??) but if I get to a point where I am overwhelmed, that is trouble for me.

Cookie...I drink a ton of water every day but also am constantly in the bathroom and know how to time things if I need to go out. Are you dehydrated or is it dry mouth? Chewing gum helps me if I can't drink water (if I am going somewhere or like today while I was mowing the lawn). But hopefully, you will be off the lyrica soon!

Mercy...what color is your kitchen? Mine is currently red...I kind of want white (could that be more difficult?? Took me 4 coats of red to get that how I wanted lol Crabby Apple...the only name of paint I have used that is forever stuck in my head).

Beej and San...and everyone...have a good evening/ good to yourselves.

    Hugs to all

    Good Evening Everyone!

    Weather:Rainy and sunny high 73

Sleep:Okay but migraine pain reigned supreme

Mood:Sick of migraine pain as well as knee pain too

Plans:I sorta rearranged linen closet cuz one of my little dogs decided it was a great hiding place for him. I'm missing two pillow cases from a sheet set and haven't a clue where they are located at. Kids have therapy tomorrow and I also volunteer at the library tomorrow night. I'm going to make the Key Lime Pie kit that I got tomorrow for hubby and me. Plan something simple for dinner. Work on more laundry. Maybe ask my mom to massage knee for me if she has time.
