An_247648 Try NAMI there web site is nami.org. They have a chapter in the upland area i checked. Here is the phone # (909)985-7705 for the local. in case you never have heard of them NAMI is a grass roots organisation made up of mostly volunteers to help those with mental Illness cope most chapters have a support group or groups for bi polar depending on the size of the chapter. If they can not help you the can most likely point you in the right direction.
