    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

Yesterday I did paid my bills. That is all I accomplished yesterday. Since my great day on Thursday, my sleep is so screwed up. Last night I was awake form 2 to330. Then I had to wake at 7 for something at the club house. I caved in afterwards to go garage saling I got home around 230. I was exhausted. I then napped for 2 1/2 hours. No wonder my sleep is messed up.
GOAL for tonight is work at my remaining mess. I will not work all night. I have to get in a normal regular sleep pattern. To be in bed by 11pm
To everyone a wonderful weekend with their love ones. Good night

I tend to nap during the day. Sometimes it seems as if I can sleep better during the day. I don't know why that is, I know its a little backwards.

I didn't do much today except for trying to work on some homework. I have a goal of finishing some tonight and finishing the rest tomorrow so we will see if I accomplish that.
