Have you ever been shocked how little people know how to behave in the grocery store? Or other places where the public seems to have lost half their IQ points?

I was discussing this with my counselor and she thought about symptems of absessive compulsive PERSONALITY disorder. Where people have rules that others are supposed to live by..and those people have no idea, nor required to respect your rules.

Of course there is the initial anger when wronged (or seemingly wronged) but assuming there are multiple rules in the grocery store is a good example of acpd (ok, my shortcut non-word).

That sounds odd, but I can definitely see where it could be an issue sometimes ... I have times, too, when I just get appalled at some peoples' rudeness, or their lack of common courtesy. Although I have to admit (even if only to myself) that I might be judging people a bit harshly about it, I still feel like opening my mouth and correcting them. I have to physically bite my tongue sometimes.

My worst place is Wal-Mart though, not a grocery store. lol

I have a PSR that comes with me for short trips to the grocery store. It's odd that I'd have to think about boundries and not crossing them. It bugs me that kids have to be so uncomfortable for so long in the late evenings in stores like Walmart. But if there is nobody to babysit there isn't much the parents can do I suppose. My mom never let me fuss in stores when I got tired, we just kept going with me scared to open my mouth, so I grieve for the kids that are crying, trying to keep up. It's like it's own town with distracted people so close but avoiding eye contact. What an odd thing it is to be in a city.

I cant stand when im in the check out line and the person behind you gets supper close like in your face, reaches in front of you. Walmart is the worst people have no boundrys of other peoples personal space not even when you shopping. I have to go to the store as soon as it opens less people to get in my bubble.
