Hello my dauhlings

Weather: too cold

Sleep: ok

Mood: could be better.

Plans: take it easy so that I can rid myself of this blasted bronchitis. I feel my best in the mornings but as each hour goes by, I start feeling worse and worse. uuuggghhhh So I have this on top of my LSC burning pain. The LSC is starting to wear on my moods again. Makes me wonder if the last procedure I had was a waste of time, again. If the pain specialists can't come up with something for the pain then I will have to look into my very last option which would be surgery. There are three different surgeries that they can do, none of them are guaranteed, all may have some serious side effects, all of them could cause disfiguring, could cause even MORE problems and they all have long down times, etc. Oh well, the more I talk about it the more upset I get, so I will stop for now.

You all have a wonderful day. muahs

{{{{{{{{{{{{Cookie}}}}}}}}}}}}} I'm sorry re the bronchitis and LSC. How long has it been since your last procedure? Didn't they say it could take up to 6 weeks before you noticed anything if it was going to work? Has it already been 6 weeks? If not, maybe there's still chance it will start working, eh?

Weather - 36 and foggy

Sleep - amazingly great - stopped taking seroquel for sleep a few nights ago because I think that's been the culprit of my recent weight gain. No way gonna let that happen!

Mood - good

Plans - was going to go to my moms today, but just talked with her and I will be going tomorrow instead. She's not feeling well so would rather I wait till tomorrow. I asked if she'd like me to come today to pamper her and clean house, but she wants me to wait to see about tomorrow. To be honest, I'm glad. I wasns't looking forward to going today because this visit will be the first one in the past 3 months where Jeff will be there, and it's quite stressful when he's there.

I need to go return something that I've been putting off for weeks and need to finish cleaning myapartment. Need to get out for a long walk. Also, I found some YouTube video clips of little work outs using hand weights. Some to tone and strengthen arms, legs, tummy, back, and whatever else. They are each 10min workouts and can do at home in front of the computer. So I'm going to try to discipline myself to do them interchangebly 4-5 days a week. I'm not sure which year I'm going to start, but whatever year, I will do it 4-5 days a week. lol

Have a great day
Debbie

Thank you sweetie. You gave me the love an support that I needed today. You know what its like when your ill and any little bit of stress or health issue seems to be major. So I think that my Bronchitis is just causing me anxiety and fear about not ever finding relief from my LSC. So I'm crying off and on. It really sucks.

As for the procedure, it has been a little over 3 wks but it feels like its been 2 months. Im so tired of the waiting game. The waiting game has taken 2 yrs of my life.

Thanks again sweetie. So doing all of these work outs you will soon be walking around in a string bikini. bow-chick-bow-bow

doodles hope you get stuff done today, maybe you wouldn't mind emailing me a copy of these youtube links, always looking for new things to try too

Well our weather today is beautiful and sunny once again, not sure the exact temp but I'd guess 70's

sleep was good enough, well i passed out around 5pm yesterday because i had a drink and guess it hit me hard...then i woke up off and on from 11pm-7am when i finally just decided to get my buns outta bed because it wasn't doing me any good and only making me sore

mood is pretty good

plans: well already went out for 1 appointment and cleaned up a little, so just need to finish cleaning up the house, we had a bbq & company yesterday so house is a bit messy, and make dinner- those are the "mustdo's"
Things I want to do are either go for a walk or to the gym, do a little reading, wash some laundry (always putting that off) and do a little bit of writing/editing.
Ooh and I just remember I need to transfer some prescriptions and check on the status of my new ins id cards too, better do that now before I forget again!

Hope everyone is doing ok and big hugs to all and extra love for those who aren't feeling well
