Hello dahlings,

Weather: looks ok outside

Sleep: ok. Once again I was in an extreme amount of pain, so I had to take pain meds again. I only have one Hydro left. uuuggghhh. Many years ago when this back and neck pain started, I was always afraid that my Dr.s wouldn't refill my meds., although they told me there was nothing else they could do to help me. I can't believe that I am still afraid. I guess its just the thought of me being in so much pain, laying in bed, crying every day. So I need to make a Dr. apt. and I am bringing in the bottle of Hydro, which shows that one bottle lasted me 8 months. If they have any doubt, they can call my pharmacist.

Mood: up and down.

Plans: Usual chores, bling a few dresses and if my pain isn't too bad, I will do some grocery shopping. Need to pick up some more beads cause I want to make a bracelet for a friend. Me and hubby will watch a movie. I really hope I'm not in pain like I was last night because watching a movie will be very difficult.

Love ya guys, muahs
