Well, when the phone rings at 7:30 in the morning, you know something bad's happened. I HATE those calls. Makes my blood pressure rise and I freak out major league
Weather: COLD!!!!! It's about 9 now, and it's only 52. But supposed to hit 70 later. Come on and warm up!!!!!!
Sleep: Not enough. First couldn't fall asleep, then hubbie called at 7:30.
Mood: ?????????? Ask me later.
Plans: Like I said, hubbie called me at 7:30 and woke me out of a sound sleep. The bleep bleep bleeping dang ABS light came on in the bleep bleep bleeping dang truck. AAAAGGGGHHHH!!!!!! First the bleep bleep bleeping dang computer and all the bleep bleep bleeping dang fun we had with it, now this!!!! You know, much as he loves that truck, and as handy as it's come in since he bought it 7 1/2 years ago, I REALLY REALLY HATE THE STUPID THING!!!!!! And can't wait til we can buy a car!!!! So he's on the highway of all things and it's rush hour, (thank God he was going the opposite way of most of the traffic plus its Saturday). and the closest dealership is one that totally screwed us over with our Escort when he first came to Texas, but I talked him into going there despite his bad experience. Then to top off a really rotten morning, the service department tells him that they most likely can't even look at it til Monday at the earliest. AGGGGHHHHH!!!! I hate dealerships!!!!! But he insists on only using them whenever possible. And since he bought the truck and it's in his name, what can I say??? Not very much. Anyhow, the next piece of bad news, is the dealership we chose doesn't have a courtesy shuttle because they used to have a Enterprise office as part of their complex till Enterprise decided to move about a block and a half or so down the street. So my poor sweetie walked there in steel toed boots no less plus after working a 12 hour shift to boot. What's gonna happen next??? I don't think I can take much more. At least we have a nice car to drive for a few days and I can even drive it!!!! Watch out world!!! Will keep you guys updated on what happens. Hopefully nothing else bad. Hope everyone has a better Saturday than me. ((((((Hugs))))) y'all.
