Weather: Sunny, humid - expecting rain later. Summer is here.

Sleep: about 2 hrs

Mood: Depressed, anxious and severely disappointed

Plans: Go through mail, sort and file. Cook dinner. Nap somewhere in there. Try not to mull over everything happening but I doubt it.

Weather: About 90.

Slept: The usual, up and down.

Mood: Beating myself up for what I don't get done, hating my body and just trying to live another day with my son visiting.

Plans: I am finally going to get the file forms my husband needs and a few other few things online.
