Substitution

I am currently taking 2 MG of Clonazepam nightly and have been for many years. When I have tried to get off it I had terrible side affects. I was wondering if Atarax or Buspar would be a substitute without the horrible side effects of discontinuing Clonazepam? If so what dosage should I order?

You need to talk to you doctor for sure. I understand how your feeling. I want to get off Zanax but can't take Buspar which is the non addictive alternate. I've come to the conclusion that I need this drug.

Hope it all works out
