Finally Friday Daily Bipolar Post - May Contain TRIGGER
    davedsel posted:
    Hello, everyone.

Weather: A chilly 52 degrees in Western New York with bright sunny skies and low humidity.

    Sleep: Good.

Mood: Sad as last evening was my nephew's viewing and short funeral service. His sisters are posting on Facebook and I am replying. Many wonderful memories.

Plans: Both my wife and I have already had chiropractic adjustments this morning that have helped. My wife has an appointment with her pain management specialist for next Wednesday. The chiro thinks one of her bulging discs has herniated. Makes sense based on her symptoms, and the pm will probably have her get a new MRI. Back problems are such fun - NOT!!

Have a blessed and fantastic Friday, friends.

Dave I am praying for you and your family. Hang in there. Posting memories with your sisters is great therapy. Remember the good times, not the end. It will help you to heal the loss you have had. I also hope you and your feel better soon.

Weather: Hot. Waiting for a drop from the summer heat. Probably in vain.

Sleep: Slept, but still feels like not enough

    Mood: Anxious and depressed.

Plans: I had an appt with my pdoc today, but I guess I made it at the wrong office. So I need to reschedule and I made a wasted trip. I really needed to speak to him, but I guess it will have to wait. I might take a nap. Did some laundry. Will make dinner. That's about it.
