Afternoon. Hope everyone had a good weekend.

Weather: The usual. Upper 90's. feels like 110 with the humidity

Sleep: Not enough, full of dreams

Mood: Anxious and irritated for no reason; still depressed

Plans: Did grocery shopping. Waiting on bus to take me to radiology appt. Having ANOTHER MRI done but this time with contrast. I HATE these things and they always end up sedating me. Come home and nap because whatever the give me always knocks me on my arse. Make dinner. That's about it.

sleep, not good. dog woke me up at 2 am, she had a tummy ache so i had to take care of her.

mood, so so

plans, my chiro set. my hip back in place and right now my leg do esnt hurt anymore. my vlsc is at a lvl 1. gotta be careful not to do too much today. need to make many calls, most of them to my family. gotta kee in touch with them. my step mothers birthdat is on the 13 th and thats gonna be hard on my family.
