    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

Right now I feel like a hopeless cause
Even though I know I'm not
Ever have one of those days where
    You don't care about anything
You don't want to do what you know would help
And you wonder what it's going to take to ignite you to action?
    That's me today
    And yesterday
    And..........
I can't seem to stay awake
The other day I even dosed off while standing up
    Sometimes I wake up
    And I wonder
    "I don't remember falling asleep!"
Maybe I'm just trying to escape
Maybe sleeping is the only thing I know how to do anymore
I wonder if I'll ever wake up?

    Debbie

    Debbie Dear,

Couple the probs in your poem with sleep apnea and prostatic urinary frequency. My alarm clock has a large blue light and falling off to sleep with the TV on is a daily occurence. It seems like the only deep sleep comes between 5am and Noon. (Shissh!) Snacking after 9pm is ususal for my bedtime routine.

    Please HELP ME!
