weather: freezing

sleep: awesome

mood: much better now that I cut my trileptal

Plans: Hubby has a doctor's appt and we have to run by the bank. Hey, Has anyone heard of a bank holding an out of state check for a week or more? They told us two business days when we deposited the check now they're saying 7 to 14 days. And this is a bank we've used for years. Driving me crazy. Hope everyone has a good day.

Heard you mention Bible study...does that tend to help you?? support and a Christian based value system?? I am on the fence a bit about that. I am a Christian, however for me God is rarely logical and emotions with bipolar 1 can get twisted. My relationship with God is strong and I do gather MUCH benefit from Christ and through prayer, but I sometimes wonder about "going where the spirit leads" and mania...going where your warped mind leads you. Any thoughts?
